All Psychiatry is an Australian telehealth specialist practice providing psychiatry, psychology, developmental and behavioural paediatric, and other mental health services.
Our services are primarily delivered via secure telehealth consultations, allowing patients across Australia to access specialist care. Limited face-to-face appointments may also be available with selected clinicians and at selected locations where clinically appropriate.
All services are provided by appropriately qualified and registered healthcare practitioners.
Appointments may require a valid referral where applicable. Consultation fees are privately billed unless otherwise advised, and payment may be required before your appointment. Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
As a telehealth practice, most consultations are conducted securely by video. The treating clinician will determine whether telehealth is appropriate for your clinical circumstances or whether a face-to-face consultation is recommended.
Patients are responsible for ensuring they are in a private and safe location during their telehealth consultation and have access to a suitable device and internet or telephone connection.
All clinical decisions, including diagnosis, treatment recommendations and prescribing, are made solely by the treating clinician based on their professional judgement and individual clinical assessment.
Booking an appointment does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, referral or ongoing treatment.
