Please note that you must have a pre-booked and confirmed appointment with one of our specialists or clinicians in order to commence a telehealth consultation.
Additionally, pre-payment is required prior to the start of your consult. If you have not completed your payment or do not have a confirmed appointment, your session will not proceed.

Please note:
- Fee Schedule: I understand the fee schedule that has been provided to me
- Privacy and Information Collection: I acknowledge that information provided will be collected in
accordance with the privacy policy outlined on our website.
- Medicare Claim Submission: I understand that patient MUST attend all appointments (if not, a
Medicare rebate is not claimable). I authorize All Psychiatry to submit patient claim to Medicare on my behalf.
- Use of AI tools: Some of our clinicians use a medical transcription software during the appointment. There is no patient information stored in the software. At “All Psychiatry Services”, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care while incorporating innovative technologies to enhance our services. As part of this effort, we are utilizing AI-powered transcription services to document patient interactions accurately and efficiently allowing healthcare providers to focus on patient care and to give you a better experience. While every effort is made to secure your data, there is always a minimal risk of unauthorized access.
- Emergency Contact Consent: I consent to All Psychiatry contacting my designated emergency
contact in the event of an emergency.
