She has held senior positions in adult mental health units both acute inpatient and in community services. She has worked in Spectrum statewide centre for treating borderline personality disorder and in the aged rehabilitation inpatient wards providing specialist consultation.

Susie has a gentle approach towards building a good therapeutic relationship with her clients. She uses a client centred approach incorporating different therapeutic approaches, such as DBT,CBT, Schema therapy, ACT, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy to help each client achieve their individual treatment goal. At All Psychiatry, Susie provides Tele-psychology services to people aged  16 years onwards.
