Arpita has a keen interest and passion for mental health and mind-body connection and explores the interdisciplinary nature of human psychology, spirituality, and psychosocial behaviour. She collaborates with professionals from diverse fields to collectively understand and contribute to the development of effective therapy interventions.Arpita is experienced in working in areas such as counselling, smoking cessation, anxiety, mood disorders, phobias, trauma, pain management, movement disorder, psychological assessments and has special interest in neurodivergent disorders and ADHD coaching.Arpita understands and appreciates the cultural diversity in both the eastern and western ways of thinking and adapts her therapy accordingly for her clients to gain maximum benefit.
